Trina Sturgeon, LMT

Trina is our amazing massage therapist here at Coldstream. She graduated from Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2020.  She provides a Swedish based massage, deep tissue, hot bamboo, hot stone, cupping, pre-natal/side lying, infant massage, and relaxation massage.

Trina loves her job as a massage therapist and feels like it is her true calling! The most gratifying feeling for Trina is seeing the positive impact she has made on her clients.

Trina resides in Cedar Rapids, she has 4 kids, and 3 granddaughters . In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, dancing, and volleyball.
